Products and availability

Orelumia offers one-of-one jewelry, same-material-lot series, and products that are explicitly sold by random allocation. The applicable product type, availability, price, and purchase eligibility are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. We may correct pricing, availability, or product information errors before accepting an order.

Product photography and natural variation

For products marked “The individual piece shown,” the photographs represent the exact item you will receive. For products marked “Same-material-lot series,” photographs represent the selected material lot, component composition, arrangement, and overall color family; natural crystal formation, bead clouding, grain, and outline may vary. Products explicitly marked as randomly allocated are selected from the range shown and do not include color selection unless stated otherwise.

Natural surface features and disclosed variations are part of the character of these materials and are not defects. Your rights remain unaffected if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its product description.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. We may need to contact you to confirm or resolve an order issue. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if a product is unavailable or an error requires correction.
