We offer free standard shipping worldwide to destinations available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated transit

Estimated transit is 7–13 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

When a tracking number is available from the carrier, it will be provided with your shipment confirmation or order updates. If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or arrives incorrectly, contact support@orelumia.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

International destinations

Shipping availability is confirmed by the options displayed at checkout. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, we cannot accept delivery to that destination at that time.
