Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item in your order. The return period is extended over weekends and holidays where applicable. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

How to request a return or cancellation

Sign in to your customer account, open Orders, and select “Returns and cancellations” to submit a request for an eligible order. You may also contact support@orelumia.com with your order number. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order has been fulfilled. If fulfillment has already occurred, you may request an eligible return after delivery.

Return shipping and fees

Eligible returns have free return shipping and no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can provide appropriate assistance.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may exercise your applicable right of withdrawal within 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item in your order. You can submit the request through “Returns and cancellations” in your customer account or contact support@orelumia.com.

Product photography and natural variation

One-of-one jewelry. When a product page states “The individual piece shown,” you will receive that exact item. Its natural surface, mineral pattern, contour, and texture belong to that piece.

Same-material-lot series. When a product page states “Same-material-lot series,” the photographs show the selected material lot, component composition, arrangement, and overall color family. Crystal formation, bead clouding, grain, and outline vary naturally, so the piece received will not be an exact visual duplicate.

Random allocation items. Products explicitly marked as randomly allocated, including the Raw Crystal USB Night Light, are selected from the tone range shown. Color cannot be selected unless the product page says otherwise.

Natural differences described on the product page are not defects. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
